Sing without Strain

This is just a short one to remind you about the upcoming workshop this Sunday 26th January. I’m excited to share with you my passion for singing in a group and my passion for Alexander Technique all rolled into one and half hours! I have been working hard to decide what to leave out, there’s so much once you start to delve into the complex and fascinating ways of our body and mind.
